Why doesn't the X3 xDrive35i have dual exhaust (one on each side)????? That makes the cars look SOOO much better.

LOL at the sand on the tires in the last 'shopped pic, but no tread marks on the beach.

..ha ha! maybe it slid backwards in 3/4 pose out of the ocean into the shot leaving the tracks hidden

So what's the chance of the 6-speed manual being offered in the U.S.? My wife's X3 is a manual and she loves it, won't buy a new one otherwise...

that front design is and utterly boring. Ugly. Nice effort BMW (not). Interior looks like a Subaru too. This brand just can't get some cars right. I'm sure it will drive well.

rear looks ok and profile too.

Sweet! I can't believe they are putting the N54 into this beast! I wonder how much this is going to cost!

I'm quite impressed with how it turned out, definitely a more refined and sleeker finish than the old gen.

I like the new X3. A few details look odd, but one gets used to the new style.

Wow, been waiting for these pics to surface. To be honest the rear looks great, in fact I think it looks "less" boxy looking in the rear, dare I say more curves? Yeah I really like the rear and side, however the front is good but those headlights hold it back from being great. Why did they make them like that, where is the signature eyelid like on the 3 series?

The interior looks great to me in fact the iDrive (without the hump) looks fantastic. I know this is a scan but that wood looks cheap too shiny and plasticky. I hope they offer aluminum or a nice grey wood.

Can't wait for tomorrow's pics.

Edit: Hey thanks for the videos. #2 video shows it has white electro illuminicent speedo, what happen to red signature BMW?

Nice job BMW! The tan colored sport pack version looks great with the staggered wheels! I purchased my 06 & will think long & hard as to whether I should trade it in for this American built X3.

A lot of fan boys in here.... Seriously, look at the car. It's bland, boring, and nothing special. Sure, it is an improvement of the current x3 but ANYTHING would be an improvement from that(style wise).

GAH, the headlights look so outdated. I would take a GLK over this any day of the year.

I like everything but the rear bumper. I am not fond of the large black strip, but the sport package will fix that.

Looks perfect for my LCI version that I will buy.

I like it but I wish they did the cut line of the hood higher off of the kidney grills like they are doing on other new models, F10, F01, X1, Z4.

I like that new design aspect and with many models going in that direction, this looks dated in that respect. IMO

I think the X1 is better looking.

Stunning car.. my dad is first in line. Totally glad he waited instead of going for the current X3. Very nice and unique.
