Oil Filter Cap Leaking? (N20)

Had my car in for some hefty service and was advised I needed to replace a few things due to small leaks, but the OFHG was one they stressed. I had this done ~1yr/~11k miles ago so I was frustrated it was already leaking again. I think it might be the oil filter cap itself or maybe a faulty o-ring? I cleaned it up really nice yesterday and went for a long-ish drive today and this is what I saw.

Has anyone run into this? I've never had an o-ring have an issue, so I considered replacing the cap. Could this be the OFHG? It seems pretty clear it's coming from the cap.

Garage List
Check cap torque, if ok, remove cap, inspect o-ring condition and for correct placement.

Not a great picture, but that big stain does not look fresh. Anyway, if that is indeed a leak, then it is not the OFHG. Maybe they put a kink/pinch in the o-ring when it was installed.

O-ring looked fine when removed with no visible punctures, and was sitting tight and flush. But finally got a new one installed, all is well!
