Style 44 rims on a 2010 X3?

I'm looking to mount 4 snow tires on rims for our New England winter.
I have a 2010 X3 E83 and have been offered a set of style 44 rims.

Has anyone used a set of these on their X3? The offset looks close.

Probably too late of an answer, sorry no one comes here very often, but Offset is the distance between the centerline of the wheel and the mounting face. 1mm isn't going to matter, they'll fit fine. You have more room both towards the shocks/struts and to the fender edge.
