2006 3.0 Sunshade

Picked one up today as a commuter. The Rear sunshade on the pano is stuck somewhere I assume the rear.

Any advise on how to manually pull it out?

I push the button (right hand) and at the same time I pull the edge with my right hand fingers...I have long arms!
