F25 Wheels Fit E83?

Stumbled upon a great deal on a set of winter wheels from a 14 f25. These are aftermarket winter set-up from Tirerack with sensors and everything. Wondering if these will work on my 08. Also are sensors useable? Thanks

The sensors aren't going to work. The newer cars use a different frequency.

The wheels themselves most likely will, but I can confirm if you provide the size and offsets of the wheels you're looking at.

I don't remember the different frequencies. I think it's like 433 (older) vs 315 MHz (new) or something. I'm pretty sure that 2010 model year and later BMWs is when they switched the sensors.

Tons of places sell them. I actually have a friend that manages a Discount Tire so he gets me an awesome deal. And they always stock them. Just go there and give them your year/model and ask for the best price they can give you. Otherwise order online from someplace, just not the dealer; they charge like double. Tirerack charges like $200, but DTC will be a decent amount less and I've never had a problem with them.

Hey thanks for the info. I bought a set of aftermarket sensors with my 19s for my GT and I think I paid 100. But it was a vendor from the forum so I think he gave me a better price. I may use the stock ones as im considering having my wheels refurbed through the winter.
