New Rotors with Brake Job?

Should rotors normally need to be replaced when having a brake job, i.e. pads, sensor, etc?

I would, use genuine BMW or BavAuto/ECStuning alternatives as rotors.. Dont use ebay rotors, I went through 2 sets of rotors from ebay vendor, and both warped pretty bad!

BavAuto may have the whole kit for 450ish.. They are expensive though..
