is estimated production completion date accurate?

When you received an estimated production complete date, has this date ever been improved during production? Just curious.

My date is 9 days from production start, however, I am seeing some guys have a 6 day production start/finish timeline.

what has been your production time in # of days?

If I'm not mistaken, the production start date is somewhat misleading...an X3 only takes a couple of days to work its way through the production line. The start date does not necessarily mean the car is on the assembly line. The production complete date they give is usually the most accurate.
