Porsche Macan

Hello Everyone,

I really love my X3 M Sport with 20" Wheels. I do find myself wanting more performance in terms of power and exhaust sound. I am really interested in how the Porsche Macan compares. I hear it will have an option with close to 400 HP. It seems like it fills my void nicely! Has anyone had any experiences with Porsche. It does seem like their options can really add up quickly. My X3M priced out about $54K plus another $5.5k for the 20" wheels. So I guess I am going to be around the $60k budget. Speculating whether I can get into the high end Macan with the options I am used to plus maintenance like I have for this number. Any insights are appreciated.

I do not have a Pcar but I suspect a Macan outfitted with the same options you have will probably push $80k

Porsche options are very expensive. I'm gonna say that a 400hp Macan with options like nav, upgraded sound, bluetooth, heated sport seats, etc. will probably be just under $90k.

I am also cross shopping the X3 and Macan (probably the 300hp one with few options). It will be interesting to see how their lease rates look.

WOW! I kina figured that but was hoping not so high. It seems like it will be cheaper to just keep my X3 and buy a performance chip and other accessories.

Keep the X3 and buy a used 911 beater or a base model C7 Corvette.
