It depends on how long you plan to keep the car.
After a couple of years the major factor in resale is mileage and condition.
Given equal mileage and condition a difference of one year will mean something, maybe a couple grand, but not much.

Go to KBB and plug in some cars and you’ll see what I mean.

It comes with the Technology Package (US) or Pro Nav (Canada/Europe).

And not only that, what are you trying to prove? Why would we be mad about buying the car we want? Are you trying to make us angry? Because the only thing anyone should be angry about (if anything) is your childish gesture to create this thread.

Perhaps a more sensible thread title would have been "Product Planning and Strategy Bulletin - October Production Changes"

Are you saying it's the 8" LCD display panel (screen) you get with the tech package/ nav?

I have the tech package and the screen is not shiny or at least it's not current iMac shiny?

Really, I thought the change was to the texture of the plastics of the dash.

Please advise. thanks.

That's what I'm talking about. The glossy/luster texture of the dash plastic that you get with the tech package/pro nav is now standard for 2012.

No reason to get so worked up Juddholland, here are three things that explain it all.

1. Thread title: "U Gaiz Mad?"
2. 2011 X5 owner in the sig
3. Rank under name: "Successful Troll"

It sounds remarkably like Martin Short playing Frank Eggelhoffer (the wedding planner) in Father of the Bride...

Did he really say

"u goys mod?"
