Climate control problem
Hi folks, did any one experience issues with the Climate control, it blows hot air regardless of the setup on the passenger side, i.e. only one side, so event set to 16 degrees C lowest hot air is the only outcome, while on the driver side all ok. our X3 is one of the early ones 2011 and this is just another problem out of many, frankly we sick of it and it's nagging issue purely down to bad quality build.

thanks mge92, we at our 3rd visit to the dealer, this time around they decided to change every part from cables to motors, in total the car spent nearly a month with the dealer, kind from them to complete the job under warranty even now out of warranty! I am hopping this is the last attempt with a resolution.
Did you have a similar issue with yours? the fact they spent days working on it I hope this wasn't just down to just Recharging the AC system. |

Well it happened on my family's x5 where it would only blow warm air out of the driver's side but a simple recharge fixed everything.
