Where is the best place to purchase the 2019/2020 map update? At the dealership it is around $150 but I've seen other websites that you can buy it from for as little as $60. Has anyone bought from anywhere other that the dealership?

Yes, it's very common for people to buy map updates from non-dealerships. When you purchase from a website, you will be supplied with the maps data+an FSC code you input into your car to start the update. You are really just paying for the FSC code as the maps data can be downloaded online easily.

If you're experienced with coding you can generate your own FSC code by pulling a file off your car with E-Sys. It's not that difficult to do and there is plenty of information on the forums on how to do it.

I used these guys ! Fast shipping and extremely cheap ! I ordered the maps on a usb drive as I didn’t have one large enough to download to.

Hi can someone help,how do i update the Nav with a usb stick? which maps for my model vehicle? i have Bmw road map north america premium 2019 download, will that work? and how do i get an fsc code?
