Storing CD's on the HD
Either I am incredibly challenged technically or storing music on the hard drive is not particularly intuitive. I placed a cd in the player and selected store. The cd plays but fails to store the cd. Do I need to let the entire cd play in order to store or should storing be faster than playing? In my Acura the cd’s would automatically store if it was the first time playing and it would be completely stored on the HD by the time the 3rd or 4th song played. Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Yes cd gets stored quickly. It depends how many songs you have on cd I had about 50 songs and if I remember correctly, it was playing 6th song when showed 100% complete.

Problem solved
I just found out that the CD I was trying to store was a format that would play but not store as it was DTS. I was able to store another (non dts) without a problem.

Interesting, was it an audio DVD? What CD/DVD were you trying? Didn't know the truck would play DTS audio. I guess it is a DVD player, so it makes sense.
