Has anyone tried coilovers on the x3

Has anyone actually installed coilovers ? If so how's the ride compared to stock ? I ask because I've found many coilovers to actually be just as comfortable or even sometimes more then stock ...

The answer - very probably - is NO.

I have been monitoring X3/X4 threads during last year or so.

Next to it are Lowered X4 and Richie from Switzerland with airride on X4 threads.

I didn't find any on a few English forums I searched.

Did you see my post a few threads down? KW makes V2's for our cars. I considered them, but wasn't willing to spend $3000 on them for a non DD car. If I could have justified spending the cash, I'd have jumped all over it, as they lower the car even more than springs. I've got KW V2's on my 335, and you're right, they ride just as comfortable as stock, but firmer.

I got H&R Springs a week ago, and am super happy with them.
