New Addition To The Family!
This winter wasn't a particularly rough one in New York. Last fall, we could tell our 2004 MDX was getting closer and closer to the end of its life. After a dead battery and failed alternator, we could only pray the car would make it back from Naples, Florida, a nearly 1400 mile journey after my sister spent the end of her summer vacation showing horses. Our 8 year old Acura MDX was a fighter and in the end, unbelievable, made it to 90,000 miles.
Thus, it was time to let her go. The first week of May, along with my dad, we planned a surprise present for my mom, who has had to deal with the MDX for a little while as my dad now wakes up at 6AM to make sure he is first to enter our 135i convertible to drive to work For the second time in the past 8 months, we entered the showroom of Pace BMW (a big thanks to David Voetsch for all his help!) and 3 weeks later... Nice Garage.
Is it the 35i? (We dont get that one here) I like the look of the leather - I went Black leather this time as the wife & kids made a mess on the cream leather in my last car. I didn't consider the darker brown, maybe I should have... But why did you block out the license plate of the M3 in some of the photos and leave it visible in the group shots?

I think that is one of the best pictures of the Mojave leather. Is the colour accurate in the picture?

IMO owning Mojave the pictures show it a bit lighter than it really is.

As for the license plate on the m3... I have no idea why I did that! Some sort of protection?
