2017 X3 xDrive28i - lease thoughts

Hi Everyone,

Currently in the market for a new x3, just wanted to get a few thoughts on the lease offer presented. Given such a high residual of 64%, might just go ahead and pull the trigger before the 18s come out. I really think this car pops in metallic red with the M Sport package.

This would be a custom build, as i don't mind waiting 4-6 week for it to be built.

2017 X3 xDrive28i $42,050
Melbourne Red Metallic $700
M Sport $2,700
Cold Weather Package $950
Black Nevada Leather $1,150
Driver Assist Package $950
Lighting Package $900
Prem Package $2,050
Navigation system $1,950

Destination - $995

MSRP - $54,395

$47,275 sales price (includes $1500 fleet incentive)
0.0013 Money factor (reduced from fleet incentive)
64% residual @ 3years/10k $34,812

$453 – monthly payment X 36 @ 10,000 miles per year

$3,509 – total initial lease payment ($1,227 NJtax, $453 first month, $925 acquisition,$305 registration, $599 doc fee)

Do you guys think this lease is a good deal? Since BMW doesn't offer MSD's, is there anything else to reduce the price?

Also is there anything i can ask for dealer for free to sweeten the deal? (black kidney grills, extra floor mats, door edge guard, some mugs and keychains)?

Any input would be much appreciated.

Thanks!

Here is something i know for a fact. ( indisputable, cardinal knowledge of, etc )
The "DOC FEE" or processing or handling, etc.
IT GOES INTO THE PROFIT COLUMN ! . . . . . period. It has gotten so
excessive . . . outrageous ! there are states that have put a legal CAP on them!
because they are BS ! ! !

(is it regulated in NJ ??? call the state DMV to find out, there is a dept. that
deals with "dealers".

I bought mine in Maryland, its regulated there. I told them what that really is,
and said pull it out, or drop the price by the amount of "doc fee" . . . . . .
They reduced the price by that amount . . . so they could still show the doc fee.

Now you know.
.
Oh ......... nice vehicle your pickin !
