Heater Fan Motor

My 2014 X3 heater fan motor sounds like a bulldozer when it is on full power.
I hate to do it but I think I'm going to have to go to the dealer to get it looked at. I am surprised I could not find anything on a 2014 X3 heater fan on you tube.

This job is very very easy! All you do is remove the lower glove box panel and TWIST the fan out. It takes maybe 10-15 mins. I just had to pull my brothers he had a mouse in his.

I pulled the fan and motor and sure enough there were leaves in the fan. No signs of mice. Cleaned them out and put a bit of oil on the bearings and all is well now.
