Help finding part number inside X3 F25 engine bay

I have been trying to find this part I real OEM but I could not. Maybe someone knows what this is and where to find it. I dropped it inside the engine bay and could not recover it.

The part in question is the 2 metal clips hold the electrical cable marked in red in this picture I borrowed from some other member.
