Location of ventilation valve (purge valve) on x3.5i

Does anyone know how to access this part/electrical connector? I need to disconnect it for a procedure (see PDF link below), and cant seem to find its location.

It connects to the charge pipe and intake manifold.

Do you know if the connector can be accessed from above, or can it only be accessed from below? Appreciate the info.

Remove your air filter box, it's right below that.
