Anyone else getting an error on the BMWUSA Tracking page?

My bad... I thought it was bmw's customer login.. I just realized the shipping company is different and has a different login..

No worries. So you can click on "customer login" but there's no way to sign up?

I can't even click on customer login (see photo)

I called their headquarters and the people who work there have no idea what's going on and they don't know the extension numbers of their IT guys. They also were dumbfounded at my asking about Spartanburg, SC because their "headquarters are in Michigan so I don't know what you're talking about, sir."

It was working for me this morning - not sure if that's due to the fact that my wife's car gets produced next week.

Ha funny... Back up and my car went from starting production to at prep center! As much as I would like to believe that...I know its not true..

The prep center is at Spartanburg, so it's entirely plausible.

Thanks for clarifying. I was thinking it was in Oxnard. That makes sense though. Either way there is progress and I have waited longer than expected.

No....it was supposed to be here Friday, but it didn't arrive until yesterday, and I'm out of town until tonight. Pick up tomorrow!
