2011 X3 Navi

Our Navigation System keeps rebooting, I keep seeing BMW logo over and over and over... I cant access anything, has anyone had this problem? can it be reset? very frustrating, I pay this much for a car and all I have had is problems.

Disconnect the battery for an hour so everything resets?

Tried that, nothing.. There is a technical bulletin from BMW on performing software updates that supposedly will fix the constant rebooting.. Anyone tried this with any success?

How old is your car, have you measured the battery voltages with engine on and then off for an hour?
Look for the simple fixes before you get into software/firmware updates.
