Comes from the engine bay of my F25 and it never stops. Car can be on accessory mode or turned off and locked. Only way to stop it is to disconnect the battery.

Three weeks ago my car wouldn't start so I installed a new starter and no go. Finally installed a working copy of ISTA+, bought a new battery, coded it, and the car still won't start.


I'm getting codes:

1)93076A Deactivation of terminal 15: upper startability limit reached, but deactivation preventer active.

2)93076B, Deactivation of terminal 30B: upper startability limit reached, but deactivation preventer active.

I tried to disconnect the IBS sensor and have no idea why my fuel pump is no longer coming on, why the buzzing sound won't stop unless I disconnect the battery, a fully charged battery drains relatively quickly, and the car will no longer start.
