Transmission shift characteristics?

I've been driving my car in manual more recently and have noticed that in even in comfort mode shifting from 1-2 and 2-3 practically gives me whiplash. It's a little smoother in D but the shifts are still very noticeable. Eco Pro manual or drive the shifts are smooth as silk.

I don't remember this happening in the past. I've heard there is a way to reset the adaptive transmission? Or is there a way to change the shift aggressiveness? Anyone know anything??

Try turning the car on without your foot on the accelerator. Then go and press on the accelerator past the click point for 30 seconds. Then release your foot and turn the car off and you should be good to go. It just resets the accelerator pedal characteristics.

3) Press the Start button again to turn the power off.
4) Now remove your foot from the accelerator.
5) Wait TWO minutes and start up the vehicle like normal
