Tires Load index ??

Have a question as my 13 35i is equip 245/45/19 102T, if I change the tires to 98V, is there any problem, as I checked with tirerack and they say as long as 93+, and is okay. But I go to local Costco and they said I will have to keep 102 or up?? thanks
