Dipped beam failure

Anyone know anything about electrics on these overly complicated cars.

Plugged the trailer and did the usual walk around to check.lights etc then got back in car dash tells me left dipped beam has failed. Sure enough it's out. Fuses are stupidly hard to get to so I thought I'd swap left and right bulbs over. Now neither work 🤔

Checked Fuses. Ok.
Checked for 12v at bulbs. Ok

Bulbs look fine visually but at sixty quid a side both loathed to start switching em out ..

Any ideas ?
