Sport Activity Package Question

I have placed my order, am awaiting my slot and this is the last option I am considering - mainly for the sport seats.

My question: when you go on the bmwusa.com site and build the car, for the X35 the gearshift changes slightly when you choose the Sport Activity Package.

Has anyone noticed this in their cars or on demo drives?

Any pros or cons about the gearshift? I know it's a small point, but wanted to ask if anyone has seen this.

Good catch - I didn't even notice that in any of my builds…I have only driven an X3 with the sports package so I can't say anything about the difference. I do like the shift lever better with the sports package…it looks more compact, and better overall imo.
