I'm sorry, you are disappointed in not finding the Ultimate Driving Machine...in the X3. A little piece of metal is turning you off of the whole brand. Trolling at its finest.

BMW still makes the Ultimate Driving Machine. Look at the 2, 3 or 4. BMW also makes an SUV. Drive it. I'm sure you'll like it.

Where is the M Performance X3?

I still hope there is going to be a M Performance model to do battle with the 354hp Audi SQ5 and the 340hp Porsche Macan S.

I think i like the LCI. The face looks more muscular. Definitely more presence. Disappointed with the diesel offering though. 2k more in price but less power and pretty much identical torque as the N20

Where did you read 50 mpg, I must have missed that skimming the press release.

can't wait to see when bmw refresh with a NEW look. this LCI is expected to match with the rest so nothing new. The front is still very aggressive yet the REAR and side are ugly and so feminine.

You've completely missed the point of his post. BMW is in massive cost cutting mode right now, and the little details like the fender plug begin to add up. I'm sure the X3 LCI will be full of cost cutting details once they can be seen in the flesh.

The new 3 series is a soft, hollow feeling, cost cutting POS. Certainly not the ultimate driving machine.

The 2 series could be promising, except the interior materials are on par with a 1996 Chevy Cavalier.

I too miss the days when BMW produced only a handful of highly quality class leading models.

for those asking when this goes into prod... I believe this is April production...hopefully its earlier, as I extended my wifes 2011 lease by 3 months in hopes of this, back in December, but I do believe this is a 4/14 production.

Ok, I like the sound of that. We were about to utilize the current pull ahead program on my wife's 2011 X3 (lease end in July) and get into a 2014, but we can definitely wait and put in an order for a 2015.

I really like the look of it, both inside and out! Looks sporty and elegant and somewhat understated. Also, there is a naturally aspirated inline 6 in the line-up

100% agree. I would get the X3 without M Sport now.

There will likely be an M Performance model of the X4 to compete with those two (as usual, BMW is late to market).

Of course they will. The F20 and F21 LCI will probably be unveiled later this year, and the F30 and F31 late next year.

BMW doesn't make naturally aspirated engines anymore.

I was about to pull the trigger on a 2014 28i, when I decided wait and see what the 2015 had to offer. I'm glad I waited. The 2015 front end is much nicer, IMO. I'm ordering a 2015 as soon as they are available.

Dan.

I think it looks great! Really like the new front.
I didn't expect the facelift to be this drastic as we are selling tons of these.
