JB+ Quick Install Tuner
Just picked this up for a really good deal, as in Canada its hard to get it for a decent price after shipping and customs, and conversion to Canadian dollars.
Managed to get a great deal on it through a friend, cost me 300$ Canadian all in.. He picked it up for his X5 and he says amazing response, huge difference, his X5 feels so much more alive. I'm about to head downstairs and get it going on the x3. Should get the X3 up to 360 HP ~ |

I've got this on my 2013 28i (N20). It has adjustable levels, 1-5, that help adapt to the type of gas you run. I run 93 octane, so I'm at level 4. It is a substantial increase in power and torque, especially over 2000 rpm. It takes a few hours of run time for the engine mapping to adapt to it. No engine faults. I'm very, very happy with it. Great bang for the buck compared to Dinan Sport Performance, BMS JB4, and BMS Stage 1.

I've read that the 1-2 shifts are a little funny sometimes with this. Like the transmission is confused. Have you experienced that? Also read the JB4 does not have the shifting issue or either is less pronounced.

I am debating between the JB+ and the Stage 1. Any suggestions which one should I go with? I am only planning on the tune, intake and e85 mix. Does the JB+ allow for boost adjustment or is there a way to take it up to 5 pounds of boost extra cause that is where I want to be at? Thanks!
