Can I floor it now ?

My X3 (petrol engine) still has only 2300 km on the clock. Sunday I have to go to Holland for a week. So I will be driving all through Germany on the Autobahn.
Can I already floor it completely ? Or should I still keep it at lower revs with maximum maybe 150 to 160 kmh, not to hurt the engine?
When I start my journey home in a week I will have about 3700 km on the clock, so maybe better wait till than to floor it ?

We took ours on a road trip after 1500 miles, drove to Austria then drove back - managed an avg 70mph over 11 hours drive (at 40mpg) - floored it a few times (up to 130mph limiter) - now done 32000miles and so ill effects........ so yes do as X Man says....

For me both have the same two throttle positions....fully open or fully closed. I only use fully closed if I need to stop!
