Long Crank

In the past 3 weeks I have been seeing a long crank to start, much like I has on my twin turbo 335IX. Has any one see this? I have 15K miles on the car.[/INDENT]

HPFP issues I would assume. I have seen a new fuel pump part number floating around the 3 series forum so I think there is a revised version that can be installed.

Coincidently last night ours did the exact same thing. First time with me in the driver's seat. We have about 17k miles.

My wife's 2010 335xi had the long cranking issue once in awhile. BMW had a recall on the hi pressure fuel pump never had the problem again , I have had no problems with my x3.
