Looking @ X3 ///M...

New here, but not new to European cars and general euro and modification knowledge...looking into a 07' X3 M-sport
Heated seats, parking assist, 19" wheels, etc..pretty much everything except nav...
60k miles... BMW CPO for another 2yrs or 40k
$25k
It's got aa clean Carfax that says its a 1 owner car from Florida and is worth $2,880 above book value...not sure why...?

Anything I should look out for or know?

I have a 2007 x3/M. CPO

Paid 29,000 it had 35k loaded with Nav. I bought from Princeton BMW in NJ last year. So not sure how good a price 25,000 is with that many miles and no Nav.

Somethings to look out for are sunroof rattle and a jerky transmission.

Its a nice car. Rides better and feels way more solid than my 2010 e92 335 xi.

Bought it last night...for 40k miles or 2 yrs left on CPO and the kbb showing $30k I think it was a good deal...it's got everything but nav..heated seats, xenon turning angle eyes, folding mirrors, parking sensors, bluetooth, etc.. Didnt really want nav after i realized how outdated the system was for the truck so im going to custom fit a nav, rear camera, iPhone hook up, etc...sunroof and trans seem smooth...I'll post pics in next few days

It also was just at the dealer last week after coming up from Florida (1 owner Florida car) it got a new head light bulb, new wiper motor, new brakes all the way around, and new battery...the dealer had got it for his wife and she decided on a 5 wagon after he brought it home for her...
