How to take off the f25 Grilles?

Hey Guys, Sup~

I watched youtube videos on how to take of the grilles of the new x3.
The closest model to do it was the new 5 series, but the engine setup thingy is not the same as the new 5 series.
so i tired unscrewing t30 screws but it was kinda pointless.
