Just wanted to know your opinion on price...to much or good/fair price ?
KKB shows dealer cpo at $38K

2011 CPO x3 with 23,000 miles, premium package, tech package, cold weather package, sport activity package, 18" wheels, pana roof, pwr lift gate, clean carfax, and clean autocheck...dealer firm on $35800

Can't say in your area, but co-worker owns one and was quoted $38k for a 12k mile 2013 35i with most options from Car Max. Figure they'd sell it for $40-41k. So I'd say nearly $36k for a 3-4 year old car that was probably $50k with those options new, may be a bit high.

I just did a quick national search on Cars.com and found 20 X3 35i's with under 30k miles that range from $30-35k. That should be your target range I'd think; something under $35k would be an ok deal if CPO.
