blowing hot air & winding noise

1) Notice when selected the windshield button in air conditioning and no matter what temperature I set and still blowing hot air out. even when in summer time, is that normal??

2) When unlocking the door it seem a loud winding from the battery in the trunk, is that normal?

did u adjust center dial, red on top, blue on bottom????

Yes. It's one of the fuel pumps.

Yes.. In summer time yes we did switch to blue. All the other vent mode are good, except when ever we switch to the windshield defrost button then it blow hot air.

Defrost? Normal.

Do you turn your climate off or something?

I have never had to defrost the windscreen for more than a few seconds, but that is normal.
