Problems with rear brakes on 2015 x3
I have about 3000 miles on my new x3 and the rear brakes have started to groove. Took it to bmw and they want to send pics to Munich to get authorization to do warranty replacement. Keep an eye on your brakes - hope my issue is an isolated one.

I had this happen to me once when a dealer fitted new discs and pads, it turned out to be faulty pads causing the grooves in the disc, so maybe this is what is happening to yours and therefore a one off.
If it was only occurring on one side, then it could of course be caused by a stone or something similar between the pad/disc. I hope you get it resolved. |
