Dreaded hood stuck issue

Finally had the hood issue today. Pulled the lever but nothing happened. Had to have someone hold the lever while I rocked on the hood.

I know we need to lubricate the latch mechanism, just wondering what I should use. Moly grease? PB blaster?

I would check the service manual for the grease type used on the latch. You generally would avoid mixing certain types of grease.
