X3-2013 F25 -CIC - Bluetooth issue
Hi...
I'm facing a frustrating problem with the Bluetooth phone connection in my BMW X3-2013 F25 equipped with the CIC system. I'm hoping someone in this community can help me find a solution. Here's what I'm experiencing: Initially, the Bluetooth connection was working perfectly with my Android phone. However, after connecting an Apple phone, it seems that the Bluetooth functionality stopped working. Every time I pair my phone with the BMW, after some time, the paired phone list gets cleared, resulting in an empty list and a disconnected phone. This issue is incredibly annoying, and I would appreciate any insights or suggestions to resolve it. I've enclosed my error memory... report... please give me solution for this Thanks |

You need access to a computer with ISTA. To clear the entire phone connections list and repair the phone. if the phone has an emoji on the device name, it will brick the combox and prevent you from connecting Bluetooth devices.
I recently had your problem, and fixed it this way.
