It's probably impossible for anyone outside Finland to answer that because so much depends on your local market. As with anything, it depends on how bad you want it. If the price you've agreed works for you, then be happy. If you don't really want the car at that price, then make that clear to the dealer and walk away; if they still want your business they'll come back to you with a counter offer. If you're not really prepared to walk away then again, be happy and enjoy your X3 when it comes.

Didn't feel like haggling too much...we brought up edmunds, looked at 2011 pricing and We did the 2012 at the same discount that the 2011 edmunds tmv showed from msrp...ended up being about 2k of msrp, 1 k over dealer cost
