Wheel stud conversion

Has anyone done the wheel stud conversion. im using stock wheels and no spacers. Can someone point me in the right direction. Thanks

You might check with ECS Tuning, I believe they sell kits. I'm sure there are others, but I usually use ECS. Go to ECSTuning.com and search.

I was about to ask the same thing!
Typically I’ve seen folks convert to wheel studs for ease of swapping to slicks when going for an auto-cross or track day, and swap back for the drive home.
But i guess it’d also make it easier to swap wheels summer/winter...

I typical use a wheel pin when swapping wheels/brakes service/etc...
My 5 series even came with one in the trunk lid tool kit.

Oof. Just hold the wheel with your legs and thread a bolt in. Or, if you have the car on a lift its an excellent quarantine workout. For me, it's just not worth the trouble of swapping to lug studs on my fleet of 5 bimmers.

That being said, pretty much and lug conversion kit for bimmer will work as long as the wheel hub bore is the correct size.
