I'm selling my 2013 X3 and moving to a 2019 X5 now. Thanks to this group for all the help, mostly in the first couple of years. After 6 and a half years there were no mechanical problems with the X3 other than Moon Roof Creak starting when it got down to around 40 degrees F.
I'm now learning the X5 system, not a quick process.
