Using Key Fob To Set Memory Seat Setting

I downloaded the BMW Genius app. I watched the video on how to use key fob to change my wife's seat/mirror setting to my seat/mirror setting. Thought I followed it to the letter. Nope - guess not. Can't get my fob to change the setting. Can someone enlighten me?

Got it figured out. I'm now a BMW genius.

Had massive issues until BMW updated all the software in it. Also learned the trick is everything is remembered on who locked it last...

Have not had an issue since...
