Software update greyed out - navigation takes time to start

Hi everybody.

I bought the lifetime FSC code and upgraded the Next map 2020 some months ago. From that day, my Software update (X3 F25 2016) is greyed out. Each time I start the engine, the navigation takes too long time (10 minutes) to start and I have to activate then reconnect the bluetooth each time (the car doesn't remember my phone like before).

Do anyone have the same issue? Please share your idea!

Where did you buy the lifetime FSC code? I'd contact them.
