Flashing dash lights

Hey guys, wondering if anyone has experienced this problem before. Photos will be attached. It's a 2017 x3 35i. While driving, the dash lights will randomly turn off and then back on. The engine still runs, just the lights flash and the heat/ac will stop for a second then back on. Sometimes the "power steering light" will flash as well but goes right back off. The car was at bmw once for it and the whole gauge cluster was replaced. The problem still persisted and now the techs are unable to replicate any of it. Any thoughts or ideas greatly appreciated.

My first guess would be a bad battery. Not sure how to unlock the OBC in the cluster so it gives you a real time data on the battery voltage while your drive.

Second guess would be that the electric steering is bad and is drawing too much power while in use which causes the car run low on voltage while in use.

I just got the same problem like you. Did you fix this problem already? What the cause of this problem? It's bad battery?
