Running wires from cabin to engine bay in order to install LED bar

Hi,

I am installing a led bar and got the signal for relay using canm8 can-bus high beam relay. I found the proper can-wires from near the fuse box behind glove box and I am now trying to figure out how can I run the wires from there to engine bay?

The car is 2016 BMW X3 F25

I found something (picture above) that apparently has cables inside it and goes through firewall but I don't think I can use that?

Help would be really appreciated.

I installed lights and a camera in my 2013 F25 x3. Take a look under the hood, below the master cylinder. I think you will find you're in the correct place. I used a small knife like a pocket knife. Made a slit wide enough to push the snake through that plug. I caution you the smaller the slit the better then a little silicone to water tight it. I hope this helps
