Remote 3D - black dots
Hi,
Does anyone have similar experience where your 3D view has traces of black dots? I sent my car and my SA told me that this is global problem with the software. BMW working on the fix. Hence, I would like to check if anyone has similar experience. |

I wish I could tell you. For some reason I have still not been able to get a Remote 3D View from the car and I am unable to send the car any commands. I do see updated information from the car in the app, but can't seem to communicate back to the car.

yea I'm in the same boat I picked up my car on Saturday and nothing in connected drive works for me but I can see the car info updates.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one. I've had my CA looking into it, but no resolution yet. It's a little annoying to buy a car with so much technology, but then find yourself not able to use various features for unknown reasons.

Hi,
Just got an update from my dealer. The black dot problem is resolved. Just delete the app from your mobile and reinstall again. It will solve the problem. FYI. |
