Are all 10.25" touch screens the same?

Hi retrofitters, Wanted to quickly check if you know if all 10.25" touch screens are the same? One is 2016 build, the other 2019. I am being told there is no hw capabilities difference and both are fully compatible with HU hw v4.1. Is this true. Would really appreciate your advice. Thank you.
