Bimmercode and aftermarket CarPlay MMI

Hey group, I'm looking to use bimmercode to do some coding but i found out that since i have an aftermarket CarPlay system in (carlinkit) it will not load any ecu's so that i can code.

Are there any work arounds to get bimmercode to skip headunit in ecu check so that i can code other items? Or is the only option to use eSys

Did you try using an Enet cable to plug in to the OBD?
