M-Sport with "17 winter set? Pics please

Strugling to decide whether to go 17 inch for the winter tires, or go for 18 inch... The price difference for the set is 20% and replacement tires later on will also be cheeper/more expensive depending on which size I choose.

My vallet says 17, my eyes says 18 (runing 19 stagered with summer tires).

Would anyone has a pic of an M-Sport with 17 inch wheels?

I'll be running 309s 19" non-staggered. 17s seem a bit small plus the high sidewalls might give it it a rubbery feel. Also don't forget that you'll have theses winter wheels on for about 4 to 5 months. Of course that's just my opinion.

Thanks Chris, I too feel that 17 on M-Sport would look smallish. Indeed, winter wheels will be on for 3-4 months in my case, so I shall go for 18 inch wheels.

I think it's a good choice. Drive safely!

This was posted the other day, I didnt think the 17's looked too bad on the X3 M. I will probably just go for these for the sake of 4 months in the UK and the fact that it will save me about £800 for the set against 18's plus a bit more when I need to replace them.
