lifting jack

tried realoem.com with a serial number that's close enough to mine 0B56343
I can't find a lifting jack so i can swap the summer/winter wheels myself at home.
does anyone have an idea on what scissor jack ( so i can use it at home and remote should the need arise) would be suitable.
I have the jack pad already

I am confused by that statement. That jack pad is part of the car as far as I am concerned. Very similar (different part number) as on my previous F31.

To jack the car up you need a BMW Rubber Jacking Pad Tool Jack Pad Adaptor that fits into the part you are showing in your post and a trolley jack. See this link..

By coincidence I used mine today with my trolley jack to change all my summer wheel/tyres over to my winter wheel/tyres.

My trolley jack is the Draper Expert from Costco and the same price as this one...

I do not think there is a specific jack for the F25, but I think the scissor jack head designed for the F31 fits into the jacking point slot in the 4 jack pads that are part of the car. If you ask a dealer he should be able to advise. See Note 1 below.

I used to have one with the spare wheel in my F31 and I purchased it from my local dealer. It can also be purchased from here..

I have seen one advertised in the US, but not the UK.

Note 1. The F31 Jack might well fit the slot in the jack pads that are part of the car, but, it might not lift the wheel off the ground to replace it. Be very careful if you purchase a generic scissor jack that some users carry that is designed to fit along the under seam, because the weight of the car could damage it. It might be useful to contact a BMW dealer and see which jack (scissor or otherwise) that is used in an emergency to jack up the X5.

Scissors jack are great and portable to have in the car for emergency use. For home I would recommend having a hydraulic jack since it can support heavier loads and easier to lift vehicle. The pads you show should already be on your car. What you need is an adapter to fit into those jack pads. See diagram: https://www.fgtmotorsport.com/collections/frontpage/products/bmw-jack-pad-adapter-billet-aluminum-anodized-black

The jack pads are just pads to indicate where the lifting points are and to not damage the underframe. The adapter would be placed on the hydraulic jack as you lift the vehicle and the adapter protects the rubber jack pads from being crushed or being damaged.

My bad, I have the adapter, but ther doesn't appear to be a dedicated portable jack for the X3. I will buy a second hand one from an older X5 or possibly the old shape X3 and see if I can modify it to my needs.
