Anyone did the BMS Stage 1 Tune on their F25?

Im thinking of getting it, but not sure if it's actually a good product or can mess up my car by triggering hidden codes within BMW system, etc?

Does it void your warranty as well? I was looking at Dinan and they don't have one yet but Dinan does not void your warranty.

Yes, it voids warranty in cases where it can be proven that a failure or damage occurred as a result of the modification. So, if your struts break, it shouldn't be connected with the modification, however, if your engine goes... thats another story.

I spoke with Dinan, they're trying to crack BMW communication software in order to do the ECU, they have no ETA yet for the release, but they're working on it. I think the more people that call Dinan and request or inquire about the tune for F25, the more likely they will prioritize it. So consider giving them a call, see how they're coming along.

If you are getting the BMS tuning, it will wear parts more faster,
Does it void your warranty? Until they could prove that you are using a piggybacking.
So far, people that has a f30 on a lease mostly go this route.
If you financed your car, I am sure you are going to keep your car for a long time and keep it that way.

Moving on to Dinan,
It is affiliated to BMW but if you get a ECU tune from Dinan, your BMW will be voided and be replaced with a Dinan warranty, it offers the same waranty as BMW and will cover all the parts damaged that is related to the tune.

Hope this makes things clearer

I have it. It works great, gives it a bit more power once the turbo spools up (and you feel it spool more which is pretty cool). Power delivery is smooth and so far it's been very reliable. Can install/remove in about 15 minutes for dealership trips and oil changes. No codes or lights.

Kool, if i end up getting it, will share back here. Im starting with first maximizing handling for the extra power that comes later. E.g. Better tires, more negative camber, sway bars, and possibly better struts/coils. Then after that will change downpipes, muffler, exhaust and eliminate the drive by wire lag, then i will boost up the engine.
