the battery for my car key

it seems not as good as three years ago. Should I get new battery from dealer? Is that free to replace?

I ordered a replacement from Amazon and replaced it myself. While I guess if you still have free maintenance, the dealer would do it for free, but for the time it takes to schedule an appointment and go over to the dealer, I'd rather just pay the $5 for the battery and do it myself.

exactly. the key is still working and I am due for oil change and state inspection. So I will ask dealer to get new battery for me.
